With Heritage month finally out of the way, it’s finally time to focus on Spring. That is more colour, more cool treats and more drinks!  To start off October, we’ve got a few cool recipes for you to enjoy in the comfort of your home. Call a friend or two over, or just indulge in the goodness yourself.

Ricotta flapjacks – Worth getting up for, these flapjacks could be paired with berries or even bananas. It’s the perfect breakfast boost.

These stuffed cheese balls are surprisingly filling and they make a great bar snack or finger food for when you have a few guests over.

You’ll want to double up on a portion of this double chocolate cookie dough ‘nice’ cream. It’s that perfect gooey chocolate ice cream texture that takes us back to our childhood.

For the vegetarians, this cauliflower mac ‘n cheese makes for a wonderfully comforting meal, and it’s a recipe from none other than Luke Dale-Roberts.

Dipped in tomato and sherry sauce, these meatballs are mighty delicious. Tip: serve on top of a bowl of fresh tagliatelle.
