Friday’s are definitely the best day of the week, and there is so much to look forward to this weekend like World Gin Day on Saturday. So drinks are sorted for the weekend, what about food? Let’s take a look at what the weekend feast has to offer…

Start your weekend off on a good note. This cranberry and pumpkin seed muesli is great with sliced fruit, yoghurt and drizzled with raw honey.

Bacon is always a weekend treat but these bacon mac and cheese waffles are next level delicious. Serve them with sour cream and salsa.

If there aren’t any cheat days for you this weekend then this low carb courgette “ravioli” with ricotta, ham and pesto will be a great meal to help you avoid carbs.

Not having soup during Winter is like not eating ice cream during Summer! Make this quick and fuss-free butternut soup and leave your family’s bellies feeling warm and full.

No one wants to spend the entire weekend behind a stove or oven and that’s why quick and easy is always a plus. Try this simple tuna and rice bake for dinner.

In the office this week, crème brulee kept popping up in our conversations, whip up your own version at home this weekend using this ginger crème brulee recipe.

And like we mentioned, its World Gin Day tomorrow and this is a cool way to celebrate it, put together these gin and lemon doughnut macaroons with a citrus and mint mousse are absolutely to die for but taste even better.
