WATCH: How to make a galette bretonne for the ultimate French breakfast

The Crêperie du Frugy, a popular crêperie in the French region Brittany, serves crêpes made from buckwheat flour that is enjoyed with various savoury toppings ranging from ham, sausages and Roquefort cheese. This crêpe is known as a Galette brettone and is popular for breakfast.

00:20 Combine all of the pastry ingredients except the water in your food processor. Mix until the consistency resembles bread crumbs, then add the water a little at a time until the dough just comes together in a rough ball. Remove from the processor, wrap in cling film and chill in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
