SA food blogger behind the über popular Milo cake recipe makes finals of international blog awards

We are so grateful for the many food bloggers that have shared their content on our blogging platform over the years. And it makes our hearts swell with pride when we see them being recognised on an international level. We are sending a massive shout-out to Astrid Field of The Sweet Rebellion blog who has made it through to the finals of the prestigious Saveur Blog Awards – in the ‘Best Baking and Sweets Blog’ category. 

Astrid says, “I’m a Food Scientist turned food blogger. I left the lab behind and turned my kitchen into my new culinary playground! My blog is where I will share my recipes and ideas with you.” 

We’re lucky to have a few of Astrid’s recipes on Food24 (including that Milo cake recipe that practically went viral when we shared it on Facebook the first time), so take a look and try some of them at home!
