Midweek recipe ideas for low carb cooks – 2 November 2016

Breakfast
Have you ever had a rolled omelette? Try it with a filling of bacon, tomato, spinach, asparagus or cheese!

Snack

We don’t know anyone that doesn’t enjoy a rusk with their morning cup of tea or coffee. These are grain-free and flavoured with orange, poppy seed and almond. You won’t be able to stop at just one!

Lunch/dinner
This time of year is busy and if you’re short on time and need something to put on the table stat, these 10-minute Greek-style chicken breasts are for you! Serve them with a simple Greek salad or this zingy spiced cauliflower salad.


Dessert

Have a surplus of pumpkin lying around after Halloween? Another one that takes mere minutes to prepare… a pumpkin and rum soufflé in a mug! Leave out the rum if you are making it for children.
