Snack
Have a craving for a savoury snack? Don’t gloss over these savoy cabbage and beef bites with tzatziki. They’re perfect for a high-protein snack during the day. Tip: cook the steak ahead of time and store it in the fridge until ready to use at a moment’s notice.

Lunch/dinner
Winter is still very much alive in the southern hemisphere and there’s nothing that warms one up more than a soothing bowl of veggie soup. Try this creamy cauliflower and caraway soup drizzled with a coriander and flaxseed oil.

Dessert
