How to make your own spooky eyes:

Makes :50 sets of eyes

1 egg white, beaten
1 cup icing sugar, sifted
Black and white food colouring

To make the eyes, whisk the egg white gently then add the icing sugar until a stiff paste forms. Divide the icing into 3 bowls, colour one batch in black, keep one bowl white and reserve one bowl for further colouring. Fill each of the colours into separate piping bags. Cut a small hole at the end of the piping bag. To form the whites of the eyes, pipe small rounds onto a sheet of baking paper and allow it to set slightly, then dot smaller rounds of the black colour on top of the white to form the pupils. Allow to dry overnight before use.
