Are you over the Easter chocolate coma yet? We’re headed into another weekend and this time, we’ve toned down on the sweet stuff (although not completely!) and you’ll enjoy some of the carby goodness we’ve got in store!

Kick off the weekend with a homey one-pot chicken and vine tomato bake with risoni pasta. A real comfort food crowd-pleaser!

Breakfast calls for something warm and comforting but also nourishing. We’ve got just the thing! Coconut, berry and chia seed muffins. Enjoy them freshly baked with lashings of creamy butter and a cup of hot coffee. 

Vegetarians will delight in these beautifully vibrant butternut and beetroot flatbreads with goat’s cheese truffles. 

 

     

Who’s up for some dessert? You can’t beat Siba Mtongana’s caramel popcorn ice cream cake!

Everyone loves garlic bread, but how about trying your hand at a slightly different version. A garlic pull-apart loaf – portined nicely, making it easy for people to take a slice. 

Now, what person can say no to a choccochino pudding? Especially when it takes just 4-minutes to cook. Topped with a dollop of cream for that ultimate indulgence factor.
