These wine farm restaurants have taken it a step further by adding gorgeous winter specials to their menu’s.
Chefs Nic van Wyk and Westley Muller have gone all out with this year’s Haute Cabrière winter menu. Inspired by delicious flavors and feelings of comfort and coziness find yourself feasting on generous steaks as mains, venison loins with port sauce, fig tart even sago pudding with almond ice cream. From May till September guests will be treated to a choice between two dishes you can either pick a starter and main or you could have your mains, dessert and a glass of Kleine Zalze wine.
