In this YouTube series, BA’s Food Director Carla Music, takes TV personalities and Hollywood stars through a step-by-step recipe, using only her voice for instructions. Chef and contestant stand back to back at identical workstations, and begin chopping and preparing the different ingredients. 

The recipe this week sees Natalie tackling a coconut with a hammer, slicing candy cane beetroots on a mandolin and learning what a microplane is. The results are sweet and funny, as Natalie and Carla prepare a beautiful dish of vegan carpaccio.
