For the first time ever the The World’s 50 Best Restaurants has announced the 50 – 100 Best Restaurants list ahead of the Best 50, which will be announced on Monday 1 June 2015.
The Tasting Room at Le Quartier Francais was placed at number 88 this year after being number 72 in 2014.
The Franschhoek restaurant was 3rd in last year’s Eat Out Restaurant Awards, where the Top 10 restaurants in South Africa are announced.

In 2014 another Cape Town restaurant, The Test Kitchen, came in at number 48 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, so it is with great anticipation we await the big announcement on the 1st of June 2015.
