Every year, The James Beard Foundation, based in New York City, host an evening of awards and commendations. The Foundation works to “celebrate, nurture, and honour chefs” and others in the food industry such as restaurateurs, cookbook authors, photographers and journalists. Featuring some of the most exciting and creative minds in today, here are a selection of this year’s winners:
