In a recent interview with Elle, the wildly successful American singer-songwriter shared thirty lessons that she’s learned before reaching the age of thirty. It’s hard to fathom just how much the performer has accomplished in three decades and apart from racking up awards for singing narrative songs about her personal life and trying dodge stalkers, Tay-Tay is also quite a whiz in the kitchen. Time even reports that Tiffany Haddish endorses her culinary skills.

Number ten on Taylor’s list was learning to cook. She credits Ina Garten (The Barefoot Contessa), Nigella Lawson and Jamie Oliver for being the recipe gurus behind her dinner party favourites.

The recipes?

1. Ina Garten’s real meatballs and spaghetti (It’s also rather adorable that Ina cooks to Taylor’s songs. Her favourite being “1989” according to Bon Appetit).

2. Nigella Lawson’s Mughlai chicken

3. Jamie Oliver’s chicken fajitas with molé sauce (WATCH: Jamie Oliver and Taylor Swift go nuts in the kitchen)

She says, “I’ve always cooked a LOT, but I found three recipes I know I’ll be making at dinner parties for life”.
