Ever wanted pizza for breakfast? Well now you can enjoy a pizza-style omelette with zero carbs. Top with whatever you have on hand on the fridge. 

Snack
One thing we love are bliss balls – those little globes of healthy moreish-ness that seem to be quite addictive. This is a coconut version that calls for sunflower seeds and nut butter. So scrumptious!

Lunch/dinner
If eating al fresco is an option for you, grab it! And make this Mediterranean inspired fish bake with red pesto and roasted greens. 

Dessert
Just in time for Summer – blueberry and rose water panna cotta is just what the doctor ordered when it comes to something sweet (but sugar-free!).
