Breakfast
Wake up to a… wait for it… pizza omelette! It combines traditional pizza toppings with an egg base. You’ll love it!

Snack
Who can say no to  a handful of gummie treats? These are sugar-free and have the beautiful herby flavour of rooibos!

Lunch/dinner
A plate of bacon-wrapped chicken with rocket and Mozzarella salad is a Banter’s dream. For the dressing, substitute the honey with xylitol if you’re being super strict this week.

Dessert
Summer may be over but we’re still loving frozen desserts – like these dark chocolate ice tray bombs. Whip them out after dinner to welcome applause!
