In latest restaurant news – French chef, Laurent Deslandes, of the popular Cape Town Bitrot Bizerca has closed the establishment (much to Bizerca fans’ sadness) and has recently taken on a new role at neighbouring restaurant, HQ, as the Group Executive Chef.
The new space will be called The HQ Courtyard by Laurent and will serve a Bizerca-influenced tapas and plat du jour menu for lunch, from Monday – Thursday (lunch only) and Friday (until 8pm).
“Look out for some Bizerca classics, a little bit of new fun, and expect the casual style atmosphere that HQ does best!” says Laurent.
