With picky little eaters, parents are forced to get creative with the hopes that they’ll craft something so amazing that their kid will actually want to eat it. Cue the colours and faces on a plate!

If you follow Jimmy Kimmel on Instagram and ever wondered how he manages to get his daughter to look at her breakfast like it’s the best thing since sliced bread, you’re in luck!

He recently told People Magazine his secret: “I just add organic food colouring to pancake mix and I put each one in a squirt bottle and I’ll just kind of squirt it out on to the pan.”

He also credits his skills to spending lots of time drawing as a child and the fact that he uses a non-stick pan. He also adds that his daughter makes requests to which he obeys.
