If you’re tired of your day job and have a passion for avocados then this is the job for you. A restaurant in Australia is looking for Professional Avocado Tasters… Yes, you heard correctly, a professional avocado taster.

According to Buro247, a restaurant pop-up called The Good Fat will be opening its doors for a month from the 2nd of November. Before then, they need one avo pro to taste every single one of their 20 avocado filled dishes. Simply put, this definitely means somebody is living their avocado dream, but what exactly are the requirements?
Firstly, the Head of Avo Control (this is the official job description) needs to have a minimum of two years experience in smashing avocados on toast but that’s not all. They also need to have knowledge of how to check an avocado for ripeness and a history of successful avocado selection. All of this would have to be proven; no scammers will be allowed! The final requirement is for them to be available between the 31st of October and the 2nd of November. The salary, you ask?
“The successful candidate will eat for free at Good Fat and get their avo fix for the entire month the pop-up is open.” This sounds like the job of a lifetime.
