Brides are now saying ‘I do’ with edible pizza bouquets

When wedding planning, bouquets are the last thing you think about, ask me, I know. I’m getting married in a few months. Do you pick red, pink, white or yellow roses? And does it only consist of roses or are we allowed to add a variety of flowers?

“Pick a color palette or one veggie to work around,” suggests Jen Campbell (who also created the previous mixed vegetable and herb bouquet with artichoke, dill, and kale). Campbell also looks to strike a balance between edible and nonedible elements: “Most of the bouquets I created use at least one other flower also, to keep them looking like a bouquet and not a salad!”
