Dalgona coffee is a whipped coffee made from instant coffee, sugar and hot water – served up on iced cold milk. It’s trending because of how easy it is to make, especially now that we’re all staying indoors.
It’s also pantry staples-friendly – even self-proclaimed coffee snobs have some instant coffee lying around just waiting for some isolation-TLC!
