WATCH: Suzelle DIY shows us ‘how to separate egg whites in no time at all’
I was lucky enough to get to visit the Sketchbook Studios set where the team buzzed around making the new Suzelle cookbook. Food was everywhere…dripping dressings, sauces and cheese, things being cut and chopped… everyone was dancing around the energetic studio space, moving from one shoot to the next with a chaotic grace.
There’s a lot more to making a cookbook than a minute of behind the scenes video, but I definitely do not want to spoil any of the production magic!
You can expect all the recipes in the book to have their own ‘Suzellified’ stories, including your South African favourites with unexpected tasty twists. While I’m bursting to boast about what’s coming, I’ll just have to wait until October to see how the colourful recipes come to life. Keep your eyes peeled later this year for the book’s release, perfectly timed for festive season feasting!
