WATCH: Should we be concerned that 90% of our food options have disappeared?

The Seed bank in Norway stores many different kinds of seeds to prevent plants from going extinct. There are only 7% of corn and cabbage varieties left compared to a 100 years ago, as large corporations choose to farm varieties that are easier to grow thus, providing us with less food options and less of these remaining varieties to be planted and farmed.
