WATCH: How to make Finnish wild duck legs

Chef Ari Ruoho, head chef at Ravintola Nokka in Finland, prepares a classic main meal of wild duck cooked in salted butter and served with roasted pumpkin, forrest mushrooms and shaved carrots. All of the restaurant’s produce is grown locally and Chef Ari prefers to hunt the meat he serves himself.
