Food waste occurs in households regularly. We sometimes forget we’ve purchased an item and allow it to sit in our cupboards for months and when we finally do remember it, it’s expired – so we throw it away. But the founder of the “Real Junk Food Project“, Adam Smith has found an incredible way to feed others and re-purpose food that would otherwise be wasted.
