Benadett Baleni (38), has been a waiter at Maxis Northgate for the past four years. This lovely lady is married with three children, the oldest starting university next year and the youngest being only two and a half years old.
While Benni was serving a customer on Tuesday evening, he asked her, “Benni do you believe in God?”
Benni replied, “Yes I do.”
The customer then asked, “When you pray, do you feel that your prayers are sometimes not answered?”
Benni answered, “Yes, I use to believe that, before I became a Christian, however now that I am a Christian, I know that God will answer my prayers when the time is right.”
The customer then said, “Praise God.”
Benni said, “AMEN!”
The customer replied, “Benni, your prayers have just been answered.”
Even though the customer’s bill was only R17.80, he put down R1 000.00, leaving Benni a 5618% tip!
