Popeye the Foodie’s owner rescued him from the streets of LA and soon he was joining her on lunch dates where he proved to be unbelievably well behaved. His owner revealed that even though he poses with all the mouth-watering food, he only gets to eat nibbles of dog-friendly menu options and just in case there aren’t any she always carries doggy treats with her.
