The Inter Hotel Challenge celebrations

It was a glittering and absolutely glamorous evening at the historic Vineyard Hotel & Spa where the celebratory Inter Hotel Challenge dinner was hosted in style.

The Inter Hotel Challenge promotes the nurturing and mentoring for the candidate chefs and wine stewards and was a first in Cape Town this year as well as a spectacular first in South Africa.

It was an intense two day cook-off between the 10 hotels participating in the Inter Hotel Challenge, producing a 3 course menu. Each course perfectly paired with Cape Legends’ wine by the splendid wine stewards from participating vineyards hosting top
winemakers.
 
The celebratory evening hosted the perfect platform to thank and congratulate everyone for all the great entries and splendid participation and contribution.
