Sjoe – I
thought we might have met out match this month at Vin-atics!! 6 completely
different dishes to go with the same wine? It pushed Chef Caro and I to our
creative limits, but boy – didn’t she do well in the end?
How much fun can you have with one wine?
Quite
enough as it turns out! Luckily for us the Roodeberg is a fantastically
versatile wine which actually made pairing it to food much easier than we

Roodeberg – making real memories!
I must say
it was awfully obliging of Raphaella and Ernst to make their own genuine memory
with Roodeberg and get engaged on the day we’d invited them to come to dinner –
I wonder what wine they’re going to choose for their wedding now??! All our
guests were fantastic as per usual – we do seem to attract a nice bunch of
party-people for some reason – and their comments, as always were pithy, witty
and to the point.

Honestly,
if these Vin-atics competitions get any easier, my ‘can’t-cook, won’t-cook’
husband would enter! Buy a bottle of Roodeberg (in fact, buy a couple because
this is an extremely good value winter wine and I know you’re going to love
it!), pick a couple of our recipes – hell, pick a couple of your own if you
think you can do better than us! – cook, eat, drink, take pics and then tell us
all about it. Best report wins a case of delicious Roodeberg wines – mmm,
perhaps I will get Kevin to take part after all!
