Competition to join Chef Reuben on these occasions has been fierce, and he has selected the Cape’s finest to embark with him and sommelier Luvo Ntezo on a quest for the perfect food and wine-matches.
The results of their endeavours will then be served as a deluxe 5-course dinner to lucky diners at a regular event on the last Wednesday of the month. Hosted by the ever-delightful One&Only brand ambassador, Aubrey Ngcungama, guests can look forward to wonderful evenings in the company of great food, wine and friends.
Pieter Ferreira of Graham Beck Wines is celebrating his 25th vintage at the cellars this year and members of the winemaking team will be continuing the year-long celebrations at Reuben’s on 25th August with some of the fabulous still wines from the many different ranges produced by the farm.
