It is statistically proven that people prefer word-of-mouth (from their friends or acquaintances) restaurant recommendations over any other source. This totally makes sense to me, and I am asked on a daily basis by friends to recommend the perfect restaurant for their needs.
We’re going to try this out on Food24. And we’re going to pay cash monthly winners of our “Recommend a restaurant and Win’ competition.
Every month we’ll be giving R500 cash to the best recommendation/review on Food24.
How to enter?
All you have to do to enter is post a review on the restaurant you are wanting to recommend. You simply search for the restaurant you are recommending on Food24 and click on the ‘Review this Restaurant’ tab and leave your review. Remember the best review will win the cash – so a nice description of the food, service and ambiance will go a long way to securing the prize. If the restaurant has any special features or menu items worth mentioning then please make sure you include them too.
Support your local gem, or favourite haunt – and be rewarded for your efforts in the process.
