According to Buzzfeed, #neknominate started in Perth, Australia, where someone filmed themself doing a down-down and then nominated/distributed the challenge to a friend to do the same. Now, spreading like wildfire, are radical worldwide drinking nominations.
The Neknominate Facebook page has 18.5k likes, the @neknominate twitter page is up and running – and who knows where this trend will end. Probably in death.
