Start your day with a nutritious veggie-driven dish – cauliflower and chorizo hash with poached egg. It’s got quite a number of ingredients but don’t let that put you off!


Snack

Lunch/dinner
Chicken breasts wrapped in smoky bacon sound good? The ideal Spring time lunch or dinner. It’s light, easy to whip up and most of all… tasty!

Dessert
We love this low carb almond and olive oil cake. It’s pretty to look at and will be a hit on any tea tray. Not so sure about baking with olive oil? Don’t be concerned. It adds a wonderful depth of flavour. You won’t look back.
