Midweek recipe ideas for low carb cooks – 30 November 2016

Breakfast
For a super-nutritious, low carb breakfast enjoy our matcha chia granola. This lovely breakfast bowl is not only Banting-friendly but also free from refined sugar, gluten and guilt (obviously!).

Snack
One of the awesome things about a LCHF diet is that you get to eat bacon! One or two of these bacon-wrapped pumpkin slices will suffice as a quick snack between your meals and will take care of any pesky hunger pangs.


Lunch/dinner
It looks like summer is finally here and what’s better than a fuss-free (but yet still delicious) light meal on a hot summer’s evening? Our low carb open chicken burgers ticks all the boxes for a perfect summerish meal.

Dessert 
This one has quite a long refrigeration time, but trust us its oh-so worth it. Our yoghurt orange tart will be sure to satisfy all your sweet midweek cravings with little to no guilt.
