In this episode the challenge involved the contestants choosing a spoon with a country name and another with a
cooking method, then putting on their thinking caps and coming up with dishes that would match the two.
The bottom four dishes meant that the contestants who made them went into the ‘pressure test’. Unfortunately Sarel, Jade, Guy and Sam (for the most part- strong contestants), had to battle it out and produce what was a technical and difficult dish for any amateur chef.
