According to KFor News channel in Oklahoma City, a man has taken legal action against McDonald’s for their lack of serviettes.
The man received only 1 serviette with his McDonald’s meal and found it so emotionally devastating he has hired himself a lawyer to pursue a lawsuit against the fast food giant.
He is now suing them for R10.5 million.
While employees at the local franchise offered the man more serviettes upon request and even ended up giving him free food, he continues to claim mental anguish.
If that lady who spilt hot coffee on herself can do it, maybe this guy has a chance.
