When we heard that perennial favourite restaurant La Colombe might face closure after the sale of Constantia Uitsig Wine Estate we were devastated. We are over the moon to hear that they are moving to an arguably even more stunning location in the Constantia Wine Valley.
Renovations will begin on 1st August and owners anticipate being up and running by October at their new location on Silvermist Wine Estate.
The team will largely remain the same, with Executive Chef Scot Kirton and Restaurant Manageress, Jennifer Whittle still in charge.
Scot Kirton is also now a part owner in the business.
