Dinner Party Deluxe
We picked 4 dishes from the Vin-atics menu (click here for details of the recipes and the tasting notes on the wines) and I think we actually deserve a pat on the back as three of the four matches were perfect! When you read our report, you’ll see that we all went big time for the white wines on the night, so I think I shall be making the lamb knuckles this weekend to try with one of the reds – probably the Shiraz – I’ll let you know how I get on!
