It may be Winter – when many restaurants either close for a brief period or go through a slight lull, but there’s no denying that people are still eating out. Also – we can’t help but notice that new restaurants and bars are popping up all over like porcini mushrooms after a wet rain… and as much as we wish we could be in all places at once to report on what’s good and where to eat in your city, it simply isn’t possible.
