Heston Blumenthal, famed molecular gastronomist and founder of The Fat Duck in the UK, which is ranked 3rd in the world visited La Colombe for dinner on Tuesday
evening.
Luke Dale-Roberts, La Colombe’s executive chef met Heston in London where they were both interviewed by
BBC shortly after La Colombe was awarded 12th place in The San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best
