Gluhwein, Fondue and Open Fires at Benguela Brasserie and Restaurant

Indulge this Winter at Benguela Brasserie with homemade Gluhwein, cheesy fondue and warm open fires.

Gluhwein or mulled wine is a beverage usually made with red wine, various mulling spices and sometimes raisins. It is served hot or warm as a cold winter favourite.

Fondue is a dish of melted cheese served in a communal pot and eaten by dipping bread, or vegetables, into the cheese.

The Gluhwein and fondue Winter special is available Tuesdays to Sundays from 3 May to 31 August.

The offer includes two glasses of mulled (Gluhwein) wine, cheese fondue and French bread for two people at R240.

Snuggle up close to the roaring log fire and indulge.
