The Bluff Meat Supply/Mndeni Meat Group was founded in 1960 as a family-run business. It has grown into an entity that has consistently been KwaZulu Natal’s favourite family butcher since its earliest days.
From humble beginnings on the Bluff in 1960 and Mndeni Meats outlets started in 1986, the group has grown into a multi-faceted meat company, encompassing both retail and manufacturing entities.
The business has recently consolidated into one company, BMS Foods Pty (Ltd), which comprises of the following entities:
– 10 Bluff Meat Supply retail outlets
– 4 Mndeni Meats retail outlets
– 3 BMS Foods Meat Processing facilities
Just like the ever changing dynamics within the South African market, Bluff Meat Supply and Mndeni Meats have adapted to the needs of the South African consumer.
