Every Sunday Quaglino’s is cooking up a massive roast for the whole family. They serve a selection of different roast dishes, in a platter-style, ideal for sharing. Their portions are generous and made from the finest ingredients.
The menu is as follows:
Lemon Roast Chicken – Serves 4/5 – R600
Confit shallots, roasted potatoes in duck fat, honey glazed parsnips and salad.
Shoulder of Lamb – Serves 6 – R800
Dauphinoise potatoes, roasted carrots, peas and pancetta, and confit of garlic.
Seafood Platter – Serves 4 – R1, 400
Salmon and tuna sashimi, oysters, mussels, prawns, langoustines, grilled kingklip, fries, salad and lemon butter sauce.
Osso Bucco – Serves 6 – R1, 000
Parmesan polenta, french beans and salad.
