Trees Restaurant at the Townhouse Hotel is offering diners a special menu to enjoy before an evening out on the town. Whether plans for the evening include a play or opera, ballet or comedy, Trees Restaurant offers guests an opportunity to turn any night out into a delicious occasion.
With two dishes on offer, those with a heartier appetite will enjoy a potjie of the day – taking the form of either a stew or curry, served with rice, seasonal vegetables and a glass of Pecan Stream Chenin Blanc or Pebble Hill Red Blend – for R132.00.
Guests who wish to start their evening on a lighter note will enjoy the crispy pan-fried hake, with mixed peppers, fennel cous cous and orange coriander salsa, with a glass of Pecan Stream Chenin Blanc or Pebble Hill Red Blend, for R115.00
With Michelin-trained chef, Stefan Schmidt at the helm, Trees Restaurant offers an eclectic menu combining classic South African flavours with a global gourmet twist.
While an a la carte menu is on offer from 19h00, the cultural theatre menu is available exclusively from 18h00 – 19h00, allowing guests to enjoy a quick, delicious meal before their show.
