Its not everyday one gets to sit down with a good-looking and hugely talented celebrity chef. So when I was given an interview with Curtis Stone, I really didn’t know what to expect.
I was very pleasantly surprised when the 6-foot, charming, blonde Aussie surfer sat down in front of me to chat about his TV series Take Home Chef and his trip to South Africa.
He has impeccable credentials and obviously has a flair for cooking; you don’t survive more than half a decade working for Marco Pierre White on good looks and a charming personality.
His TV career kicked off in Australia with Surfing the Menu and My Restaurant Rules and he is currently filming episodes (140 and counting) of his latest series, just aired in South Africa, Take Home Chef.
He also has a number of recipe books under his belt, the most well known one being Cooking with Curtis.
He tells me he’s a good balance of classical restaurant backround and being very civilised to also being a little bit wild.
