Celebrity chef Reuben Riffel cements his relationship with the One&Only in Cape Town with a new five-year contract while simultaneously celebrating the launch of his latest book ‘Braai – Reuben on Fire’.

The ‘braai’ book

South African flavours and cooking techniques are so close to his heart, it was only a matter of time before Reuben turned his attention to that quintessential style of South African cooking – the ‘braai’.

His latest book ‘Braai – Reuben on Fire’ launched on September 19 at One&Only Cape Town and is a celebration of flame-grilled food, served with a healthy dose of authenticity in Reuben Riffel style.

Luscious imagery by award-winning photographer Craig Fraser, along with amusing and insightful anecdotes from Reuben himself and a variety of interesting new ways to play with food on the fire.

This new book is sure to become a household staple for keen cooks, established and budding braai masters alike.
