Celebrity chef and reality TV star, Gordon Ramsay – known for his furious temper and unabated swearing (not the fact that he was the first Scottish chef to earn 3 Michelin stars!), has passed on the culinary gene to his daughter, Matilda (aka Tilly) who is set to host her own cooking show on CBBC called Tilly and the Ramsay Bunch.
“Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch is a charming series full of fabulous food, captivating culinary tips and plenty of magical moments as Tilly and her family enjoy their summer holiday in LA. Tilly is an enthusiastic cook with a really mischievous and bubbly personality and I think the CBBC audience will be inspired by her recipes and thoroughly entertained by all the Ramsay family fun”, said Cheryl Taylor of CBBC network.
According to this article in the Independent, 14 year old Tilly has been cooking for 8 years and has already appeared on television with her dad before, making her no stranger to the camera. Viewers can expect to see Gordon himself popping in and out of a few scenes.
“‘I sort of dip in and out, have a bit of banter and get the hell out of there,” says the celebrity chef.
We can’t wait to see how this will play out on screen. What if poor Tilly burns something while Gordon is watching? Oh, the pressure.

Tilly joined Twitter in November 2014 and we can only guess that in few months time the number of followers she has will be well into the hundred-thousands. After all, what is the point of being famous if you aren’t dominating on social media?
