Brent Perremore clinched victory in the Cape Town Regional Finals’ third Workshop earlier this week as part of the World Class Bartender of the Year Competition.
Brent’s proven skill and creativity throughout the Workshop’s timed and advanced challenges stand to better his Leaderboard score.
The highest overall scores on the Leaderboard will gain entry into the
National Final, which is set to take place in Cape Town from the 1st to
the 3rd of July.
National contenders will vie for a place among the world’s top 50 mixologists at the Global Final in London from July to August.
During Workshop 3, Brent produced the winning recipe, the “Gift from Persia”, impressing all-star judges including Travis Kuhn and Gareth Wainwright.
Workshop Three will move on to test the calibre of Durban’s hopefuls on the 27th-28th of May.
