We South Africans do love our Mother City, and we are always finding another good reason to be be proud of her. Cape Town is often listed in top travel destination lists and the latest accolade for our Mother City was to be named in CNN’s top summer food destinations.
Chef Bruce Robertson and his new venture The Boat House got a special mention but as we well know, there are so many amazing places to eat in Cape Town and the surrounding winelands.

At the beginning of the year the Food24 team put together a list of our favourite Cape Town eateries and foodie destinations.
