Budget dinner series: Pesto pasta with baby tomatoes

So simple but packed with flavour. This is an elegant budget dinner in
minutes.

Pesto pasta with baby tomatoes: R19 per person.

Serves 4

1 punnet bought pesto
1 punnet baby Italian tomatoes
1 roll of goats cheese
1 packet of spaghetti

Make the spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
Pan-fry the tomatoes in a little vegetable/canola oil for 5 minutes, add the
whole punnet of pesto and stir for a minute. 

When the pasta is ready, stir the pesto and tomatoes through and serve with
dollops of goats cheese on top.

Preparation time: 2 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
