Auditions now open for an exciting new South African food reality show

The opportunity of a lifetime awaits an aspiring TV chef in SABC’s new show, The Taste Master South Africa. Auditions are now open until midnight on 22 October 2019, so if you think you have what it takes to wow audiences with your whisking and wit, then you need to throw your (chef’s) hat into the ring! 

The show will put you to the test with a series of challenges that will assess your skills and charisma. Now’s your chance to battle it out in the hopes of becoming the resident chef on the channel’s popular variety show, Afternoon Express. The winner will join hosts Palesa Tembe and Jeannie D every weekday at 5pm to dish the dirt on culinary trends, share new recipes and explore culture through food. Sound like a dream come true?
